OUR STORY
Pursuing a higher education isn't easy. With all your time going towards classes, sleeping, and late night study sessions, it's easy to fall behind on other chores. As a sleep deprived college student who was tired of having to put off his laundry until the absolute last minute, only to find that all the dorm machines were taken, I set out to start The Campus Clothesline. When the TCC was originally conceived, I envisioned a solution that didn't involve the long waits, or people throwing your clothes out of the dryer if you were even a second late. Naturally, with finals fast approaching, the idea was benched and the week of no sleep began. As I became vaguely aware that I was running out of clean clothes to wear, it became apparent that a late night laundry session was inevitable. A couple of hours later I returned to find that my clothes had been stolen! As I walked to my testing center in pajamas I hadn't worn for a year, I decided that enough was enough. Thus, "The Campus Clothesline" was born.
WHO WE ARE
As CEO and Founder of "The Campus Clothesline LLC", Dakota Worrell seeks to provide efficient, effective, and affordable laundry/dorm care solutions to the students of Utah State University. Dakota is a current full time USU student pursuing a degree in Business Administration. Being raised in a home where both parents served in the Armed Forces, Dakota quickly developed attention to detail and other organizational skills. He currently has one animal companion; a black lab named Chloe.
The Campus Clothesline LLC" is committed to providing you long term laundry solutions. We understand how strapped for time you can be as a student, and we are glad to accomodate! We take the hassle out of hygeine, so that you don't have to! We offer weekly pick up, and delivery laundry services, and can even clean your apartment or dorm for you! Our all inclusive laundry solution involves the pick up, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and delivery of your clothing. Need Dry Cleaning? No problem! We will make it happen! Move out inspections? Easy! We will make sure your space is spotless. Being a student is hard. What will you do with all of your extra time?
WHAT WE DO
As both CFO and Director of Marketing and Sales, Alexander Souvall is a Utah State University student who is pursuing degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Physics. Alex has experience as a new student mentor, college athlete, and student researcher; therefore, he has developed an intimate understanding of the struggles faced by all kinds of students, and possesses a drive to help. In his spare time, you can find him tinkering with his latest project or hitting the gym.
As the Official Brand Ambassador of "The Campus Clothesline LLC", Cynthia Claphanson strives to mend the gap between business and consumer. Having been exposed to business at a young age, Cynthia developed a broad understanding of what people want. When not working, she can be found studying for her Finance degree, or in the gym.
